These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the conclusion of sales contracts between Hashtag Education (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the customer or visitor (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). By accessing the website or placing an order, the Customer unconditionally accepts these Terms.

5. Orders
The Customer selects products/services and adds them to the shopping cart. The completion of an order constitutes an offer by the Customer. The Company sends an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt, which does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance of the order occurs upon confirmation of dispatch or service provision.

6. Payment
Payment may be made using the methods available on the website, such as credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other available payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure payment systems, and the Company does not store card details.

7. Delivery of Products / Services
Delivery is carried out through cooperating courier services or digitally (for services/products where applicable). Delivery time depends on availability and location. 8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU and Cyprus law. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with full packaging and proof of purchase. Return costs are borne by the Customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

9. Warranty and Liability
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions. The Company’s total liability is limited to the purchase value of the product or service.

11. Limitation of Liability
